“When I get stuck writing lyrics on my own, I find myself wondering, “How would Aunt Ina work it out?” As someone who does that, I’m genuinely glad this book exists.”

Among the rational adults I like, lyricist Kim Eana is the most emotional. The stories she creates sound natural whether sung by a girl group or by a legendary vocalist. She never just handles a lighthearted story casually. Even so, she always creates a distinctive character and at least one line that makes you think, “That says it all,” so as a singer, I find her a truly reassuring storyteller. When I get stuck writing lyrics on my own, I find myself wondering, “How would Aunt Ina work it out?” As someone who does that, I’m genuinely glad this book exists.
